The rates mentioned in the
tariff are nett per Person quoted in US dollars meal supplement is also nett and there is
no commission on the meals paid directly to the hotel.
For group size 1-2 We use air-conditioned car For group size 3 - 9 we use A/C Hiace (12
Seter ) and for group size 10 16 we use Coaster (24 Seater ) in case there are more Pax we
use additional vehicles.
Guide will be an English
speaking guide we normally give a room to the guide in our standard hotels but in case you
dont want to send a tour leader we shall get a room in the same hotel for group size 15
& above it is complimentary but if lower then that we will charge Hotels for guide to
you saperatly.
Guides speaking other languages Like, French German, Italian , Japanese and Spanish are
also available upon request for an additional fee.
On group size 15 & above 01
Group leader will be complimentary on the meal plan as per the group's meal plan. This
will apply to a maximum of two Double or Single room for larger groups.
In the event of any unforeseen
circumstances like Road closure, Strike we shall try our best to get the group out of the
trouble but in case of diversion or any additional expanses of porters for the luggage,
additional transport will be paid by the agent or the group leader.
We prefer to have the dates of
all the tours well in advance so that we can do advance tentative booking in order to
safeguard the rooms Where as you are requested to send the final rooming as soon as
possible. Atleast one week advance rooming is appreciated.
Full and final payment of the tour is required in advance of the tour, for a smooth
handling Hotels normally require advance payment
Payment can be remitted to our bank account.
Some Hotels charges 50 %
cancellation in event of last minute cancellation same is charged to you where as for
other service we reserve the right to charge 25% cancellation if the materialized tour is
canceled with in 5 Days.
Meals in Pakistan always
include tea with it but Other drinks are paid directly by the guest tour operators get no
incentive on food & bevrage usage.
Optional tours are suggested to
the group and a commission of 10% is given to the tour leader or The Agent .
We do sauggest dinners outside
at different cities to give a local touch to the tour and let the group enjoy the local
life and food. This is normally suggested before the group and is only done if the group
is interested there my be some additional charge which is born by the group individually.
In the event that a group
member leaves the tour in half way on his/ her own no refund is given for the rest of the
tour
Times in each Itinerary are
given as an Idea and may be changed according to weather circumstances and for the good of
the tourists.
Our tours do not include any insurance . But
we can organise a insurance locally if needed.
All our tours in Pakistan are conducted in A/C Car or coaches and are accompanied by
professional English speaking guides.
